Sharing experiences of the toolkit

Niru Williams* from the University of East London and Emma Gwynett* from University of Glamorgan, share their experiences of using the toolkit (formerly known as New to International) in their institutions. They have used the toolkit to support their internationalisation agendas, which range from increasing the cultural awareness of frontline staff to planning more effective induction and to supporting a global strategy. Chaired by Vic De Jean, consultant and one of the developers of the toolkit, the interview was recorded at the UKCISA conference session "Internationalising your staff and your institution cost-effectively" on 4 July 2013. Note also that Niru talks about the module 'Staying Safe' which was renamed 'Safety, Security and Wellbeing when the content was updated in June 2015.
