Black Man Outside On Bench Connecting On Laptop

UKCISA can comment on a range of topics affecting international students in the UK including visas and immigration, fees, employability, and mental health support.

We are proud to be a collaborative organisation, working with a range of partner organisations to deliver our vision and generate income to fulfil our charitable objectives.

Our corporate partnerships policy sets out our process for assessing the alignment of commercial and corporate partnerships with our charitable objectives, and managing risks of these partnerships. The policy applies to sponsorship in cash and in kind.

We welcome any feedback on our website, including broken links, navigation issues or content that may be incorrect or out of date.

Our training for professionals working with international students is delivered by our expert staff and covers our specialist areas of immigration advice and compliance, fees assessments, student experience and staff skills.

If you have a question about our courses, booking or want to enquire about our in-house consultancy, get in touch with our events and training team.

If you would like to make a complaint about UKCISA or its services, you can contact us using this form.

We are unable to deal with complaints about an educational institution. Additionally, we cannot offer advice through our complaints form. For advice about a specific situation, students can contact our qualified student advisers on our student advice line and UKCISA members can use our member advice line.

What is a complaint?

We are committed to providing the best possible service to our members and supporting them to deliver an excellent international student experience in the UK. However, if you’re unhappy with our service, we would like to hear from you so that we can resolve any issues.

You can make a complaint about UKCISA’s services including:

  • member services
  • our staff
  • advice
  • training courses
  • events and conference

If you wish to make an independent complaint about UKCISA’s immigration advice, you can contact the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA).

How to make a complaint

We hope that any issues can be dealt with informally, openly, and when they first occur. In the first instance, we suggest that you discuss your concerns with the relevant staff member at UKCISA or their line manager to resolve the complaint informally.

If you consider the initial complaint to have been dealt with unsatisfactorily, or your complaint is too serious to be dealt with informally, please fill out the form below.

We take all complaints seriously, and we are committed to investigating them proportionately and appropriately.

We advertise jobs, consultancy, volunteer and trustee roles on our website. Get in touch if you have any questions.

We can only respond to enquiries about job roles that are currently listed on our website. We do not keep CVs on file.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We cannot offer advice via email. To speak to one of our expert advisers please contact us on either our student advice line or member advice line.
