Visitor route and study

This will be a 2.5 hour online participative session, aimed at delegates new to the Visitor route, or those who want to understand the changes to the study provision. The aim of this session is to become familiar with the visitor route and the options for study within the route.

Objectives:

  • identify the key resources for the visitor route e.g. the relevant Rules and guidance
  • know what type of study is permitted under the visit route
  • identify who is eligible to apply under the visit route, what they need in order to apply and the evidence they need to show if they are using the route to study
