Fundamental Principles of the EU Settlement Scheme - FULLY BOOKED

This will be an online session via Zoom which will involve looking at the Rules, guidance and discussing case studies as well as sharing best practice.

This session will enable you to:

  • know the purpose of the EU settlement scheme
  • identify the key resources for the EU Settlement scheme – the relevant Rules and guidance
  • identify who is eligible to apply under the EU settlement scheme
  • identify the requirements that need to be met for settled status and pre-settled status
  • consider how to deal with absences from the UK and their impact on eligibility for pre-settled and settled status

BASIC LEVEL – for those who are or who will be advising on the EUSS.
